We are a private gym based in the historical center of Antwerp. In 2010, we started as the first personal training studio in the city. Now, with over 50,000 hours of personal training experience, we have transformed into a private gym offering both private (1-on-1) and semi-private training (max. 6 people).
Our mission is to help you find your MOJO – a state of mind where you feel and perform at your best. Our priority is to improve your quality of life and enhance your energy levels, productivity, and body awareness. Strength training is the foundation of our programs, with all sessions conducted under constant or semi-constant guidance from a certified coach.
We believe that consistency is key to achieving results, and we aim for twice-a-week training. Additionally, our in-house nutrition experts and physiotherapists provide extra care tailored to your specific needs.

Imagine: a structured training plan tailored to your goals and the personal attention of a MOJO coach, all within a motivating small group setting.
No random H.I.I.T. workouts that only want to make you sweat, but focus on long-term progress. You train twice or more per week, combined with a monthly coaching call to keep you on track.
Best of both worlds: expert guidance and personalized follow-up at a lower cost than personal training.
